Refund Policy

Personal Appointments

  • Please submit all rescheduling/cancellation requests no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • There are no refunds for missed appointments.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Online training

  • Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full.

  • In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request to support@robertarobbins.com.

  • Please submit all cancellation requests no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled course start date in order to receive a full refund of paid tuition fees.

  • Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for payment.

  • Cancellation requests received less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled course start date will receive a refund based on the following schedule:​​

Cancellation received:

Eligible refund:

5 business days or less from course start date

- Tuition minus $50 registration fee

After 10% of course released

-90% of Tuition minus $50 registration fee

Between 10% & 25% of course released

-75% of Tuition minus $50 registration fee

Between 25% & 50% of course released

-50% of Tuition minus $50 registration fee

Over 75% of course released

-No refund applicable

  • Exceptions to this policy will not be made for students who register late.

  • Generally, refunds owing to students will be processed in three weeks and will be paid to the student’s original method of payment. (i.e. if the student paid by credit card a refund will be issued to the credit card.)

 

Fees outstanding

When paying for courses by credit card, where the initial payment is a registration fee, or the first instalment payment, the remainder of the fee will be taken from the designated card according to the payment schedule given on receipt of the registration fee or instalment.

If any fee payments remain outstanding or invalidated without explanation, the following procedure will be set in motion:

  • You will be issued with an invoice from Roberta Robbins, payable immediately.

  • If the invoice is not paid within 14 days and you have not made contact with us, you will be withdrawn from the course.

You cannot continue in a course or enroll in another course with us if there is an outstanding debt.

 

One-day Courses/Seminars/Circles:  Eligible for full refund if cancelling at least 5 business days prior to offering.  Less than 5 business days and a 15% (or $50 if less) administration fee will apply.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 24 hours of the date of the offering.

 

2 - 5 Days Courses/Seminars/Live Special Events:  Eligible for full refund if cancelling at least 28 business days prior to offering. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 28 days of the date of the offering.

Sacred Soul Journey Event/Retreats:  Eligible for full refund if cancelling at least 60 business days prior to offering. Less than deposit required for event. 50% refund if cancelling between 30 - 60 days to event date, minus deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the date of the offering.


Special circumstances:  A partial refund (minus administration fees) may result in cases of family and/or medical emergencies. This will be done case by case.
